USA Elite Miss
Randall Dukes has been involved in pageants on a local, state and national level for the past 35 years as director, judge, entertainer, and pageant coach in S.C. He is a former field director for the Miss South Carolina Organization as well as field director for South Carolinas’ Junior Miss. Randall is the former Executive Director of the Miss Charleston and Miss Charleston Teen Scholarship Pageant — a local preliminary within the Miss America Organization. Randall has also served as director for the Miss College of Charleston Pageant. Currently he is the national director of the USA Elite Miss Pageant system. Randall has
produced many winners within the Miss America and Miss USA pageants and now has three national winners under his belt .
During his career, Randall has been selected as “President of the Year” by the National Cosmetology Association and was the recipient of the SC Community Leadership Award. He was very instrumental in bringing the “Look Good, Feel Better Program” to Charleston. Participants for this program must be certified and the goal is to make cancer patients “feel better on the outside, while healing on the inside.” Randall has led cosmetology and hair workshops for cancer patients at Roper Hospital. He also began a program at the Medical University of South Carolina Children’s Hospital whereby different salons participate and fix hair for several children each month.

Perry has had an amazing journey in his career as business owner, supervisor, makeup artist, hair stylist, pageant coach, and pageant judge. He is currently a business owner in Charleston, S.C.
Perry has worked with the pop group The B52’s, Michael Stipes of the music group REM, Wynonna Judd of the mother-daughter country duo The Judds,
and country singer Terri Clark. He was also a make-up artist for the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Ga., and a makeup artist for Charleston Fashion Week.
Perry has received many awards as an artist, stylist and humanitarian in his efforts to help others. In his spare time, Perry devotes countless hours volunteering for Cure for the Cause, and Relay for life. His many adventure has taken him from to Atlanta, Ga., Redken Haircare, Hair Styling, Hair Color, & Products on 5th Avenue in New York, Las Vegas and South America.
TAMMY RICE RENTZ

and Featured Entertainer
Tammy is from Summerville, S.C. and began her pageant career at the age of nine. She has held many local, state and national titles.
At the age of twelve, Tammy was the opening act for the Johnny Cash Show. Having studied theatrics at The Dock Street Theatre, in Charleston, S.C., she landed appearances in three movies and numerous commercials. In 1985, Tammy was crowned Miss Charleston and placed in the top ten at the Miss South Carolina pageant. She also won the talent competition. Tammy is not only a vocalist, but also an accomplished dancer. She owned and operated her studio for ten years,
teaching competition dance, as well as, vocal stage performance. In the late 90’s, Tammy signed with National Artist Corporation in Washington, DC. Her band performed throughout the northeast and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Currently, Tammy is a lead vocalist of The Yacht Club Band.
